RETURNS & REFUNDS
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your product order upon receipt, and contact us immediately should the product be damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered to you, so that we can act accordingly and correct the situation.
• We accept returns of unused and unworn products in its original packaging, within 30 days from date of purchase, and with proof of receipt.
• Customer is responsible for arranging shipping and covering related shipping cost of item(s) back to our warehouse. Shipping services with a tracking number (FedEx or UPS) should be used. We are not responsible for the return if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.
• Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of the product for your refund to be processed. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment based on the condition of the product after full inspection. The original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. We cannot provide a refund for any damages done to the product, not covered under our warranty.
• A Return Authorization Number (RA) number must be included on the box in order for a refund to be issued. Products sent back to us without first requesting an RA will not be accepted.
• Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA) and to initiate your return process.
- Order are ship via FedEx or UPS Ground from Pomona, CA.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- No weekend delivery. No shipping to PO Boxes.
