Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 7 - 10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 14 - 21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns of unused and unworn products in its original packaging, within 30 days from date of purchase, and with proof of receipt.
Do I need an Return Authorization Number??
Yes. A Return A Return Authorization Number (RA) number must be included on the packaging in order for a refund to be issued. Products sent back to us without first
requesting an RA will not be accepted. See Returns & Refunds for more details.
Who is responsible for cost of shipment?
Customer is responsible for arranging shipping and covering related shipping cost of item(s) back to our warehouse. Shipping services with a
tracking number (FedEx or UPS) should be used. We are not responsible for the return if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.
